Green Heart Hospitality is a boutique hospitality company comprised of a partnership between {verdigreen} hotels and Heartwood Hospitality, specializing in intimate hospitality experiences driven by vibrant restaurants, bars and events, charming and thoughtful design, and a passion for embracing our team members and guests alike as family. {verdigreen} is a boutique lodging brand founded by design and rooted in community, created by husband-and-wife team Travis and Azie Shelhorse. {verdigreen} owns and manages one-of-a-kind inns and small hotels in New York’s Catskill Mountains, as well as Key West and Treasure Island, Florida, championing a “Slope n Shore” lifestyle. Heartwood Hospitality is a bespoke restaurant & bar development and operations management company founded by Matthew Meidinger and Danny Bortnick. Together, the duo has created more than one hundred beloved and award-winning restaurants, bars and entertainment venues spanning throughout the U.S., Mexico, Caribbean, and Western Europe.
